TAP, considered the World’s Leading Airline to South America by the prestigious World Travel Awards is continually adapting to changes in customer habits and is making it easier and easier to purchase tickets. Therefore the airline has just added a new functionality to the services already available for mobile devices: a booking engine that can be used with smartphones and tablets. The design and forms are simple and make it easy to book your flight, from your initial flight search and selection through to payment (with credit card or via multibanco).
The new tool enables all the usual web-based booking options and is available in six languages (English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish) in the following countries: Brazil, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain, UK and USA.
In addition to this booking service, clients with Android and IOS Apple (iPhone / iPod Touch and iPad) devices will have access to other functionalities such as mobile check-in, flight schedule information, arrivals and departures (search by route, airport and flight), current pricing information, destination information (City Info) and the opportunity to join the Victoria Programme.
