Mom Tri’s Villa Royale in Phuket Thailand welcomed celebrity raw food chef and author Ani Phyo

Gorgeous, sexy and radiating health, celebrity raw food chef Ani Phyo showed the residents of Phuket, Thailand how to make healthy, delicious raw meals.

Mom Tri’s Villa Royale with its stunning sea views, and calming lush gardens proved to be an ideal location for this half day workshop.
“We were overwhelmed with how well this event was received. In less then one month it was sold out.” explains Mom Tri’s Villa Royale’s Public Relations Manager Sylvie Yaffe.
The response was a standing room only event which had a long waiting list.

Ani demonstrated how to prepare recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert using only unprocessed raw vegan ingredients. After each demonstration everyone was able to sample the dishes.

Recipes included a cashew milk, mango cobbler, garden pate nori rolls, and tom yum inspired soup. The undisputed favourite, perhaps for its authentic Mexican flavour, was the Baja fresh taco boats complete cilantro cashew cheese, and ground almond taco meat.

The event was a huge success, well organized and presented in a professional, informative and interesting manner. Attendees agreed that they thoroughly enjoyed it as it was education with information that could be applied in their lives for healthier living.

Feedback was abundant and all very positive. As one participant said, “It has been very interesting, revolutionary and delivered with excellence, deliciousness and freshness. We need more of this great stuff on this island.”

Clearly without a doubt the residence of Phuket are ready to embrace a healthier and more sustainable way of life. Due to huge success of the event Mom Tri’s Villa Royale is looking forward to working with Ani in the future and some ideas are already in the works.
