GuestLogix, Inc. (GXI.T)  the leading provider of onboard store technology to the airline industry, today announced a partnership with Alpha Flight Services Pty Ltd. (“Alpha”), to deploy the GuestLogix onboard retail platform and OnTouch™ products and services with Alpha customers in Australia and New Zealand. Australia’s second largest in-flight catering firm, Alpha provides in-flight catering at nine airports in Australia and serves 16 customer airlines.

Alpha customers will use the GuestLogix onboard retail platform that includes handheld point-of-sale (POS) devices to facilitate a more convenient purchase experience for both the flight attendants and passengers. The solution provides Alpha customers with promotions and sales management, cash control, payment processing and inventory management as well as the ability to accept credit card and cash payments. They can also take advantage of the GuestLogix platform to launch OnTouch™ in order to help its customers introduce destination-based, travel-relevant products and services inside the cabin to grow new ancillary revenues.
