Developed by WorldTravel Interactive, a subsidiary of WorldTravel BTI, TravelAgent.com is geared toward companies with air spend of $2 million or less, or that need a “lightly managed online solution”.

TravelAgent.com incorporates market proven technologies and services including WorldTravelNet and Corporate Fulfillment Services. “We are providing companies with a low-cost option as well as superior customer service,” said Strauss.
Unlike some competing services that charge per touch, TravelAgent.com charges one simple price of $25 for online transactions, which includes customer support, reporting and all reservation changes. There is no implementation fee or any other additional costs (except those charged by the suppliers). In addition, TravelAgent.com offers full phone-based reservation services at an additional cost for those who prefer to contact an agent directly.
“We are working with several air, hotel and car partners to bring additional benefits and discounts to our customers,” said Strauss.
