Continental Newark Terminal Ranked Best

Terminal C at Newark Liberty International Airport, the principal base for
Continental Airlines and its New York hub operations, has been recognized
by Airport Revenue News and a panel of ARN-selected industry experts for
having the best concession program design. In addition, Newark Liberty
International Airport was recognized for the best overall concession
program and the most unique services among U.S. airports.

Retail outlets in Terminal C include DKNY, Kenneth Cole, the Metropolitan
Museum of Art store, Borders Books, Swatch and Taxco Sterling, while food
outlets include Gallagher`s Steakhouse, Famous Famiglia, Starbucks and
Maui Taco. Terminal C also includes the d-parture Spa, which offers
massage and salon services.

Continental Airlines and Westfield Concession Management, Inc., a
subsidiary of Westfield Corporation, Inc., oversee the development,
leasing, management and marketing of retail, food and beverage concession
programs at Terminal C at Liberty Airport. The terminal offers nearly
100,000 square feet of leasable space to serve some 20 million customers
each year, generating more than $80 million in annual revenue.

In 2002, Terminal C was awarded first prize for best retail/specialty
program at a large airport by the Airport Council International-North
America.
