The Board of Directors of Air Canada is pleased to announce the appointments of R. Lamar Durrett as Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and Robert A. Milton as President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Durrett was formerly President and Chief Executive Officer and Mr. Milton was formerly Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
These appointments, effective immediately, recognize the important roles both executives play within the corporation.
