Five consolidators are now live and ready to book on SolarNet`s Real-Time Booking Engine.
Further to SolarNet`s January 29, 2002 announcement, five of the initial eight air consolidators contracted to utilize SolarNet`s Booking Engine are now live and bookable: Brendan Tours, Flytime Travel and Tours, Skybird Travel, Skylink Travel and Trans Am Travel. SolarNet will now commence, in conjunction with its consolidator clients, an industry wide marketing campaign to educate retail travel agents on how to access and utilize SolarNet`s consolidator fare booking service. Travel agents worldwide have free desktop access to SolarNet`s inventory of participating air consolidator fares through Amadeus, Apollo, Galileo, Sabre and Worldspan.
