Amadeus
named Kay Urban chief operating officer of its North American operations. The position was vacant for three years.

In the new role, Urban will lead sales and market management, product management, commercial operations and customer support and training for Amadeus North America`s travel agency and cruise line customers.

She will also retain her role as director of Global Customer Support for Amadeus worldwide.
