Key indexes of the Chinese aviation sector showed double-digit growth in November 2007, with total turnover going up 17.5 per cent year-on-year, the latest data from CAAC (General Administration of Civil Aviation of China) shows. Total turnover in Nov. 2007 reached 3.16518 billion ton-kilometres, up 17.5 per cent over the same month 2006.

The ratio of seat occupied went up 4.6 per cent year-on-year to 77.7 per cent. The ratio of transport capacity occupied grew 3.6 per cent year-on-year to 69.8 per cent in Nov. 2007.
