Continental moves terminal at Boston

Continental Airlines is to relocate its operations to Terminal A at Boston Logan International Airport. At Terminal A, Continental will have access to four loading bridges at the main terminal (Gates A5, A6, A7 and A8) and two hard stand commuter positions (A11A and A12A).

“We are looking forward to serving our customers in Terminal A because it has modern amenities and spacious gate areas that travelers want,” said Jeff Willis, general manager for Continental at Logan.

Continental will join Delta Air Lines in Terminal A. The two airlines are members of the SkyTeam alliance. Members of Continental’s Presidents Club will use the Delta Crown Room in Terminal A under a reciprocity agreement.

From Boston, Continental provides up to 23 daily departures to its hubs at Newark Liberty, Houston and Cleveland. More than half a million passengers departed Logan on Continental flights in 2006.
