Galileo UK is introducing Galileo AirText, which delivers up-to-the-minute flight information direct to a traveller’s mobile phone, including check-in, boarding, final call and real-time updates on delays and cancellations. The system is targeted at all business and leisure travel agents who book flights for their corporate and leisure customers, providing commission opportunities for the agent and useful, relevant content to the traveller.
Galileo AirText allows agents’ customers and their nominated friends and relatives to receive updated flight information on their phones, delivered via mobile channels such as SMS. The service can also be ‘white labelled’ so that Galileo agents will be able to individually brand information messages and all visual elements of the service according to their specifications.
