Frontier Airlines is renewing its title as the official and now exclusive airline sponsor of the Colorado Rockies, Denver’s major league baseball team. The renewed contract extends the original three-year agreement, signed in April 2003, for another five years, providing Frontier with various promotional opportunities, advertising inclusion, and in-stadium signage at Coors Field, where the Rockies home games occur.
Signage opportunities include Rockies games that are broadcast nationally, providing additional exposure across Frontier’s growing network. In addition, some of the team’s travel, including travel by various office staff, will occur on Frontier, whenever possible.
With the start of the Rockies’ 2006 season, any Frontier passenger who flies between March 30, 2006 and September 28, 2006 can show their boarding pass at the ticket window of Coors Field to receive two pavilion tickets for the price of one.
