On behalf of LaSalle Hotel Properties, Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels has been appointed to market for sale the 297-guestroom Seaview Resort & Spa, a Marriott Resort.  Seaview is a ten minute drive from Atlantic City casinos and area beaches.  The property features two classically designed championship golf courses - the Donald Ross Bay Course and the Toomey and Flynn Pines Course - as well as 27,000 square feet of flexible meeting and banquet space including two luxurious ballrooms and a new 9,900-square foot ballroom which opened in May 2005.
