Datalex has completed its acquisition of XMAX Corporation Inc., a software development company based in Petaluma, California, USA.
The core competence of XMAX is in group inventory management software for air sectors and in providing consultancy services in the leisure market. Datalex plans to integrate the XMAX AirWare product with its BookIt! Tour product, thus providing a full solution platform for vendors of air inclusive vacation packages.
XMAX`s key products are AirWare, an airline group inventory management system for tour operators and cruise lines; and E-Itin, a convenient new way for travelers to access their travel itineraries on the Internet and to personalise their trip by allowing them to select attractions of interest at the destinations they visit.
