Company travel managers benefit from online hotel reservations since it also has been added to the offerings at SWABIZ. Southwest Airlines launched SWABIZ in February 2000 to assist company travel managers in recording and tracking purchases made through the site.
In December last year, car rental reservation capabilities were added to the site.
