Continental Upgrades Site With Pegasus

For a web site that already is held in high regard, according to Forrester PowerRankings, for customer service and usability, Continental Airlines intends to keep it that way with an upgrade to their hotel reservation capabilities.
Pegasus Solutions, well known for their electronic commerce solutions, are to ‘power’ the hotel booking part of Continental’s site, giving access to over 3000 hotels, 40% of which are outside the U.S. Implementation of this upgrade is expected by April.
