Blue Horizons Garden Resort sees 17.9% increase in family market

Grenada’s Blue Horizons Garden Resort , a deluxe eco-resort known for providing the best value of the Caribbean – has extended its Kid’s Stay & Eat Free Value Family Plan after experiencing a nearly 18% increase in child bed nights in the period from Dec. 2011 through the beginning of January 2012 versus the same period the previous year.

“This increase includes a rise in the number of families who have taken advantage of our value family plan, which includes babysitting, spacious and connecting self-catering accommodations, freshwater swimming pool, manicured gardens, kids playground and close proximity to shopping centers and the beach,” said Arnold Hopkin, the resort’s owner.  “Blue Horizons Garden Resort lends a comfortable and convenient experience for families.”

Under the program, children under the age of 16 stay free of charge at the Blue Horizons Garden Resort, while children under 12 stay and eat free (maximum two kids per room).  With deluxe one-bedroom suite starting at $230 per room, based on double occupancy, now through April 15 (rates drop at low as $165 for summer and fall travel) this is a considerable value unrivalled in the industry.

For families seeking an adjoining suite, Blue Horizons Garden Resort is also now offering a 30% discount off a second room for kids 16 years and under (discount for adjoining suite increases to 50% for summer and fall travel).  Further enhancing vacation value, the 32-room Green Globe Certified property provides free babysitting for two hours per stay.

Children under 12 stay and eat free from the children’s menu when both parents purchase the resort’s American Breakfast Plan (AB-full breakfast daily) or the Modified American Plan (MAP-full breakfast and dinner daily).
