Dutch-based company Taxi Tender will soon provide global access to pre-arranged discount airport taxis through Amadeus booking solutions.

This partnership allows travellers to book airport taxis in advance when they are booking their trips through travel agents, on airline websites, or on airport websites.

Taxi Tender is the only company in the Netherlands that offers worldwide airport taxis.

Their service is available in destinations spanning North America, Europe, Africa and Asia.

Taxitender’s proprietary system for price comparison calculates the average taxi fare per route to and from the airport when booking a trip.

The ride will then be auctioned among local taxi and transfer companies.

By doing so, the traveller is guaranteed a favourable fixed price before they even leave their home.

Amadeus has been at forefront of the travel industry for nearly 30 years.

The company provides technology solutions to the global travel industry, including travel providers, travel sellers, and travel buyers.
