Melia Costa Hollywood Beach Resort set to open

Melia Hotels will open and manage the newly constructed Melia Costa Hollywood Beach Resort in the Hollywood – Fort Lauderdale area of South Florida in 2015. The new condominium hotel property will be the company’s second property under the Melia Hotels & Resorts’ brand in the United States.

Developed by Liberty Grande, the new project will consist of a combination of 304 fully furnished hotel and residential “smart units” ranging from studios to one, two and three bedrooms as part of a new six story Costa Hollywood Beach Resort community.

Each room will feature a sleek interior design with natural color palettes, and equipped with the latest in advanced technology including a multilingual electronic concierge, flat screen televisions complete with movies on demand, full kitchens with energy efficient appliances and a “state of the art” automated valet parking system.

“We remain steadfast in our expansion within the United States, starting with the ME Miami in 2015, the first stateside ME by Melia hotel, followed by the Innside Manhattan in early 2016” stated Gabriel Escarrer, Vice Chairman and CEO of Melia Hotels International. “The opening of Melia Costa Hollywood will strengthen our presence in the United States market and attract global travelers.”

Melia Costa Hollywood will boast an abundance of luxurious amenities including a spa and fitness facility, dazzling rooftop infinity pool and sun deck, 5-fine dining restaurants, and other amenities including in-room dining service, a gourmet coffee shop, rooftop bar and grill, and a business center.
