Kempinski Hotel Bahia welcome debut of new Spíler Beach Club

Kempinski Hotel Bahia is seeking to new culinary heights with the launch of El Paseo Del Mar - a new destination sure to delight food-lovers from across the globe.

Perched on its own sliver of Mediterranean, El Paseo Del Mar is co-created by the family-run Zsidai Group, as part of a €4 million refurbishment of the property.

It includes not one, but three design-led restaurants and bars: beachfront Baltazár Bar & Grill; Spíler Beach Club and Black Rose the Bar.

The newest to open is the brand new Spíler Beach Club; Marbella-chic – with a dash of Estepona’s easy going ethos – expect to find jetsetters, gourmet travellers and locals alike dining on creative, Andalusian-inspired fare beachside, poolside or inside.

Blending into its seafront setting, the Iberian-chic Spíler offers an all-day destination to socialise, dine and relax.

Just steps from Estepona’s esplanade, Spíler Beach Club serves up delicious dishes created with locally sourced, organic ingredients, foraged from local farms, the Mediterranean Sea, and the hotel’s on-site horticultural garden.

Despite being a stone’s throw from the bustling beach clubs of Marbella, at Spíler Beach Club, wholesome food and quality ingredients come first, whether it’s enjoyed alfresco from a day bed, or in Spíler’s stylish lounge.

By day, choose a selection of dishes from the all-day menu; fresh-from-the-ocean seafood dishes, salads and artisan pizzas, are accompanied by more traditional small plates of scallops and Iberian ham, tuna tartare or zesty seabass and shrimp ceviche.

Food-loving families can feast on freshly-prepared dishes from an extensive kid’s menu, the perfect way to introduce them to the flavours of Andalucía.

As the sun sets, Spíler’s Beach Club transforms into a vibrant evening venue with live music.

A more sophisticated menu serves up wild sea bass, oysters or sole, garnished with local vegetables and peppered with herbs sourced from the resort’s garden.

For meat-lovers, there’s a Spanish entrecote or Iberian pork, accompanied by a chilled glass of local wine from the extensive wine list.

Kempinski Hotel Bahia is a luxury resort near the palm tree-lined promenade of Estepona, Spain.
