HRG signs UNIT4 as new UK client
Hogg Robinson Group (HRG), the award-winning international corporate services company, has won a contract with UNIT4 to manage business travel for the company’s UK operation. UNIT4 is one of the world’s leading business software and services companies with over 4,000 employees and offices across the globe.
“We’re delighted to be working with UNIT4 at an exciting time for their business,” said James Stevenson, HRG’s Global Sales Director. “As UNIT4 looks to streamline existing processes, our expertise is already proving its value in helping the company to change behaviours and usher in a fresh approach to travel management.”
Following UNIT4’s recent rebranding and its subsequent alignment of internal functions across business divisions, the company is using HRG Online™ to increase efficiency and gain a clear understanding of travel patterns by enabling employees to book their own travel through a simple to use, web-based interface. UNIT4 is also benefitting from HRG Profiler™ which allows the client to install and update their own travel profiles online. HRG has carried out a series of road shows in UNIT4 main locations across the UK to provide on-site training and secure buy-in from travellers. Clear communication of the benefits of HRG Online™ has resulted in adoption levels of 90% since going live in March 2011 among travellers across UNIT4’s UK business.
Julie Norris, Assistant to the UK Board, said: “Communication has been key to the phenomenal uptake of HRG Online among our employees. We made a conscious decision not to mandate the changes and felt it was more important to make sure our staff believe this is something they need to do and are willing to do, rather than are made to do. Feedback so far has been extremely positive and this is in no small part a testament to HRG’s cutting edge technology and commitment to service.”
