Rémi Bouysset will deliver a keynote speech on behalf of the business travel trade, during which he will offer his predictions on likely changes in the business travel industry and what these may mean to corporate travel buyers and managers in the year ahead.

According to the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC), business travel spending is set to grow by 3.1% in 2013, to $1,048.9bn, rising by 4.1% per annum to $1,572.8bn in 2023. Bouysset will reveal key insights into how such figures apply to the growth patterns HRG is seeing across different territories. The presentation will also address key market trends in the areas of cost savings, policy compliance and consolidation, online adoption, data management and traveller security.
