HRG Online extends access across multi-GDS and international markets

Hogg Robinson Group (HRG), the award-winning international corporate services company has announced further enhancements to its online booking tool. Access to HRG Online™ has been extended to include many more international markets across multiple GDS, offering global clients the convenience of a consistent service in all markets.

As organisations increasingly prioritise the delivery of services across countries and look towards international and global programmes, HRG Online is the only wholly owned technology, developed in-house, to offer clients total global reach and industry-leading flexibility.

HRG Online offers clients’ access to four different GDSs, including Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo and Apollo. The online booking tool is available in multiple languages, with new features, including open-jaw booking and unused ticket re-use, designed to address the demands of business travellers in diverse international markets. Additional feature enhancements, including multi-destination booking, are also planned for imminent release as part of a dynamic development road-map, driven by HRG’s in-house team.

For HRG’s global clients, having a single online booking tool across multiple markets delivers a number of significant efficiencies and potential cost saving opportunities. These range from the ability to implement and enforce a single, centrally managed travel policy on a global basis, through to increased visibility of spend and booking behaviours, underpinned by global data to empower corporate decision-making. Training programmes for business travellers can also be radically simplified, as only one set of materials need be developed across all markets, while ease of use drives adoption and compliance rates.
