Hyatt Hotels Corporation has named Guest-Tek its preferred provider of high-speed Internet access for its 122 hotels and more than 58,000 guest rooms across the United States, Canada and the Caribbean.

The key factor in Hyatt`s selection was Guest-Tek`s proven record. Robert Bansfield, assistant vice president of MIS at Hyatt, says testing was critical to ensuring Hyatt could provide its guests with the most reliable product on the market.

“Guest-Tek`s high-speed Internet access offered the best combination of technology, reliability, and technical support, which has been pivotal in the company having the highest successful connectivity rate in the industry,” says Bansfield. Guest-Tek`s technology has a 97% success rate in helping guests connect successfully to the Internet.
