American Eagle Airlines launch nonstop service between Miami and Bahanas

American Eagle Airlines, the regional affiliate of American Airlines, will add nonstop service between Miami International Airport (MIA) and Harbour Island (ELH); Treasure Cay, Abaco (TCB); and Governors Harbour (GHB) in the Bahamas, beginning Nov. 19.

American Eagle will operate the service with 66-seat ATR-72 aircraft.

“American Eagle is delighted to begin service from our Miami hub to these three beautiful Bahamian destinations, serving them once again for the first time since the early 1990s,” said American Eagle President and CEO Peter Bowler. “These new flights offer convenient connections for customers throughout American’s vast network, just in time to escape the cold winter weather and head to the sunshine.”

The schedule for the flights between Miami and these three new destinations in the Bahamas (all times local) are:

    Miami to Harbour Island (MIA-ELH)
