Starwood Hotels & Resorts has announced its largest brand, Sheraton Hotels, and its owners are investing more than $350 million to enhance its flagship properties around the world. Highlights include the Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa in Edinburgh, Great Wall Sheraton Hotel Beijing, Sheraton Rio Hotel & Resort, and Sheraton New York Hotel & Towers.

Sheraton Hotels is investing more than $350 million to enhance its flagship properties around the world. The global hotel giant, which is owned by the Starwood group, will unveil several large-scale renovation projects including projects in New York, Australia and Edinburgh.

Sheraton Hotels has plans to grow its portfolio of signature hotel spas across Asia, the Middle East and Eastern Europe. The Starwood brand will double the number of Shine Spas with 23 openings in key international destinations by 2015 with ten openings slated for this year.
