Rory McIlroy joins Turkish Airlines for #CheckInToGolf campaign

Rory McIlroy has launched Turkish Airlines’ #CheckInToGolf campaign, encouraging golf fans across the world to share their golf experiences for a chance to win some fantastic golf travel prizes, including an opportunity to meet McIlroy at the Turkish Airlines Open 2015.

Golf fans can #CheckInToGolf using the hashtag on Twitter and Instagram by posting an image of their favourite golf destination and experience; whether they are currently playing or dreaming of playing whilst off the course.

As the campaign builds towards the Turkish Airlines Open 2015, which takes place from October 29th, golf fans will have the chance to win weekly golf travel prizes.

They can also win the opportunity to meet McIlroy at this year’s Turkish Airlines Open 2015 or the grand prize of a VIP trip to the Turkish Airlines Open 2016.

McIlroy said: “I’ve been on the road for quite some time with the Tour and have seen some of the most incredible golf destinations.

“So it feels great to be launching the #CheckInToGolf campaign today, allowing everyone to celebrate and share their favourite golfing experiences, vistas and hidden gems from around the globe.

“I can’t wait to see where in the world has the most ‘Check-Ins’ but I’m hopeful that my home country is very well represented - so come on, Check-In for me!
