Holiday Autos has continued to expand its global marketing team with the appointment of Kevin Currie as global director of digital marketing and Elise Newman as global head of affiliate marketing and meta search.
Currie joins Holiday Autos from Octopus.com where he was previously marketing director and played an instrumental role in leading the online and offline marketing functions for the global hotel website.
Prior to that, he was general manager of Somewhere2stay and head of web at Virgin Holidays.
At Holiday Autos he will oversee the shaping and development of the global digital marketing strategy.
He will be responsible for creating, planning, tracking and monitoring an effective and efficient online marketing strategy to drive profitable growth in e-commerce sales.
Also joining Holiday Autos is Elise Newman, who comes from Affiliate Window where she oversaw client strategy and relationship management as key accounts team leader.
Prior to this she held senior management roles at LinkShare Corporation and Blue Chip Holidays.
Her role as global head of affiliate marketing and meta search will see her developing the meta search and affiliate channel across all categories as well as working with the network and internal teams to roll out new partners, extend markets and drive revenue through existing partners.
She will also be responsible for assisting the markets in distributing feeds and tools available in major markets as well as helping with pan European partnership deals.
