Easyjet Loses Faith in its Operations & ignores ‘Top Priority’ says Ryanair

Ryanair, the World’s favourite airline, today highlighted that Easyjet, which refers to punctuality as its ‘top priority’, has refused to publish its ‘weekly’ on-time performance for over 4 months! Easyjet has failed to publish on-time statistics since 27th April last even though its website pledges to publish on-time statistics weekly ‘to illustrate our faith in our operation”.
Ryanair’s punctuality has out performed Easyjet’s every week since 2003 and Ryanair challenges Easyjet to recommence publishing weekly punctuality statistics or admit that it has lost faith in its operation and that punctuality is no longer a ‘top priority’.

Ryanair’s Stephen McNamara said:
“Ryanair is Europe’s most punctual airline, beating Easyjet every week since 2003. Such is the gulf between Ryanair’s and Easyjet’s on-time performance that Easyjet has not published its punctuality statistics since 27 April to prevent passengers realizing that they can not compete with Ryanair’s guaranteed lowest fares and unrivalled punctuality.
Ryanair publishes customer service statistics each month to prove that we are Europe’s leading customer service provider and we challenge Easyjet to recommence publishing its on-time performance statistics or admit that it no longer views punctuality as a ‘top priority’ because is has lost faith in its operation.”
