Bluegreen Vacations has bought MyTravelå‘s Florida-based Oasis Lakes resort and the associated development land for å£12.7m.

MyTravel will receive a further £2.4m following the resolution of local planning matters and further construction on the site.

Interested parties have received financial information on the MyTravel`s US operations, which include TSI, Auto Europe, World Choice Services, the ABC directory of discounted hotels and Alumni Holidays. They have up to 10 days to make an offer.
