4Oceans Lands Deal with Jianguo International Hotels

Largest on-line electronic distribution channel in China expands portfolio
to agents. 4Oceans has landed a prestigious contract with JianGuo International Hotels
to feature the chain`s portfolio on its advanced web-based reservations and
clearing platform.

The agreement connects agents to 26 prominent JianGuo properties in the fast
growing Chinese market and 19 additional units worldwide, as well as providing booking support via a central call centre in Beijing.

Further extending 4oceans` presence and reach, the Internet-based booking
system simplifies and increases the reliability of reserving a hotel room
and slashes the average processing cost for a hotel by up to 10 times,
whilst improving agency efficiency and ensuring commissions are received.

The deal will also allow JianGuo International Hotels, who were the first
hotels in China to be built for international tourists, to manage its sales
performance and release the latest rates and availabilities to all
distribution channels with one action.

David Yates, 4oceans Managing Director, added: “Naturally we were delighted
to be chosen by JianGuo and are looking forward to developing a successful
relationship with the Group.

“The agreement confirms our status as the largest on-line electronic
distribution channel in China with over 750 elite hotels and is testimony to
4oceans` unbeatable level of quality and performance.”

Experts such as the Gartner group believe China will be the single largest
market for tourism by 2020. This opinion is highlighted up by the country`s
recent entry into the World Trade Organisation and Beijing being awarded the
2008 Olympics.

JianGuo International President, Mr Chen Jun added: “Working with 4oceans
technology will help us to establish a more systematic and coordinated
approach to reservations and provide our customers with a more efficient
product both domestically and internationally.”
