Priceline.com has announced that Chief Financial Officer, Robert Mylod, will be presenting
at the Goldman Sachs Technology Investment Symposium on February 24, 2003 in La
Quinta, California.

He will review the company`s historical performance and discuss current ongoing
initiatives, including recent initiatives around priceline.com`s hotel business.

A copy of the presentation will be made available on priceline.com`s Web site
