The Belgian low fare airline Virgin Express
(Euronext Brussels: VIRE; OTC Bulletin Board: VIRGY) has signed a cooperation
agreement with Holiday Autos, the world’s largest leisure car rental broker. From now
on all Virgin Express passengers can take advantage of the exceptionally low priced
car rental deals Holiday Autos is proposing.Being a broker, Holiday Autos is able to
select the best suppliers in each of its 4,000 locations worldwide, ensuring its quality
of service, safety standards, and value for money remain consistent.
Virgin Express will offer car rental deals via two distribution channels: its website,
(www.virgin-express.com), and the Virgin Express call centre (tel.: 070 35 36 37).
Since its inception, Holiday Autos has re-written the rules of car rental by offering
consumers affordable, fully inclusive prices, backed up by superb service. The
introduction of fully inclusive pricing was a revolution in the car rental industry.
Previously customers were quoted prices exclusive of a whole host of required
extras. That early innovation was rapidly followed by other initiatives, including the
car rental industry’s first ever price guarantee.
