Responding to the steady increase in Kosher visitors, Hyatt Regency Acapulco is offering authentic Kosher cuisine in its El Isle̱o Restaurant until February 28, 2003. The renovated 640-room Hyatt Regency Acapulco has expanded its services and facilities to be able to better meet the needs of the Kosher guests.
