Thompson Calhoun Fair, LLC, an Atlanta-based hotel real estate services firm, announced today it advised Davis Bros. of Georgia, Inc. on the sale of the 96-room Super 8 Motel located along Interstate 75 in Ocala, Florida. Included on the 6.3 acres is a freestanding restaurant building and ample guest parking. The two-story, exterior-corridor hotel will under go a renovation and will remain affiliated with Super 8 Motels. The property was sold to Baba, Inc., for an undisclosed amount.
