Marriott International, Inc. (NYSE:MAR) is scheduled to open the 126-room Courtyard by Marriott in Moorhead, Minn., this December. Located at 1080 28th Avenue South, the Courtyard Moorhead will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by Hegg Companies, Inc. of Sioux Falls, N.D.

Situated 10 miles from Hector International Airport and 10 miles from North Dakota State University, the Courtyard Moorhead also offers guests convenient access to Concordia College, West Acres Mall, the FargoDome and the Plains Art Museum. Rates begin at $74 per night.
