Ameristar Casinos Names Strategic Position

Ameristar Casinos, Inc. (Nasdaq-NMS: ASCA) has appointed Todd Greenberg vice president of strategic planning and analysis. In this capacity, he has day-to-day responsibility for strategic forecasting and related modeling. In addition, he develops and implements the operating and capital budgeting processes, monitors construction budget activities, oversees the annual procurement planning process, and performs due diligence analysis.

Before joining Ameristar, Greenberg served as the vice president of finance/special projects for Wynn Design and Development where he budgeted and helped manage cash flow for $1.4 billion of capital expenditures. Previously, he worked for Mirage Resorts, Inc. where he held the positions of financial analyst, finance manager and ultimately, director of finance. Before Mirage Resorts, Greenberg was the chief operating officer for Freedman Forum Concert Theater in Anaheim, Calif. He graduated from Skidmore College with a Bachelor’s degree in English and from Cornell University with a Master’s of Business Administration in Finance/Marketing.
