(NYSE: WYN), announced a new partnership today that will allow FlightFund(R) members to earn miles for staying at participating Wyndham properties. Beginning April 15, 2000, FlightFund members will earn 500 miles for every qualified stay at any of Wyndham`s 168 properties in the U.S., Canada and the Caribbean.

From April 15 to June 30, 2000, FlightFund members will earn triple miles, or 1,500 miles, for every qualifying stay at 130 Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and 38 Summerfield Suites by Wyndham properties.
