RICHARD M.P. MASSELIN has been named as the new general manager of The Pan Pacific Manila. He is bringing with him a 13-year history in the hotel industry having worked in France, South Pacific, West Africa, and the United States of America. Prior to his appointment in Manila, he worked for three years as the Resident Manager of The Pan Pacific Bangkok.

An Institut de Management Hotelier International graduate of the prestigious Cornell-Essec, the young general manager also loves to engage in outdoor activities and paint in his spare time.

Delivering personalized care is the thrust championed by the new GM. French-born Masselin is optimistic about the hotel`s performance in 2002 and enthusiastically shares that nothing beats great service.
