James Horsman Named General Manager Of Adam`s Mark Buffalo-Niagara Hotel

James J. Horsman, an award-winning hospitality industry veteran, has been named the new general manager of the Adam`s Mark Buffalo-Niagara.

Horsman has 20 years of hospitality management experience with the Ritz-Carlton and Hilton Hotels and Resorts chains. For the past three years, he was general manager of the Ritz-Carlton Resort in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. Before that he held management positions with Ritz-Carlton properties in Philadelphia, Atlanta, Cleveland, Tyson Corner, MD, Marina del Ray, CA, and Buckhead (Atlanta).

Horsman is a 2-time recipient of the prestigious Malcolm Baldridge Quality Award, in 1992 and 1999, and the Dubai Quality Award in 2001. He was also recognized by Ritz-Carlton for achieving the highest overall customer satisfaction company wide.
