ResortQuest International offers vacation condominiums, villas and home rentals at eight of the top ten North American ski destinations for 2002, according to Ski Magazine`s 14th annual reader resort survey released this week.
ResortQuest destinations, Deer Valley, Utah, Whistler, B.C., Aspen Mountain, Colo., Sun Valley, Idaho, Snowmass, Colo., Park City, Utah, Steamboat, Colo. and Breckenridge, Colo. all land in the top ten and earned top marks from Ski Magazine for quality, value and overall experience.

Deer Valley, Utah, ranked number one in the reader survey, was praised for its superior terrain, world-class service and elite lodging options. The 2002 Olympic venue, which opened in 1981 has “helped redefine the industry” as the first major service-based ski resort in North America, Ski Magazine said. In addition, Park City`s resort is just a short car ride away. ResortQuest has 350 vacation rentals, condos and homes in Deer Valley and Park City.

Other ResortQuest destinations ranked in the top 30 include Keystone, Colo., Telluride, Colo., Big Sky, Mont., The Canyons, Utah and Crested Butte, Colo.

Weather concerns, ordinarily an issue for ski vacationers, are virtually eliminated by ResortQuest International`s exclusive Snow Guarantee. Under the guarantee, if the snow conditions at the booked resort are unsatisfactory to the guest for any reason, the guest may request comparably priced accommodations for the same time period at any of ResortQuest`s other ski properties at no additional charge.

ResortQuest, the world`s largest vacation rental company, also offers travel agents a 10 percent commission on all bookings at snow destination.
