Acquisition of Davidson Trahaire by Accor

Paris, July 3, 2002._ Accor has acquired Davidson Trahaire, Australia’s leading corporate
human resources consulting and employee assistance company.
With 14 years of experience, Davidson Trahaire serves 450 of Australia largest corporations
and public institutions with a range of human resources support services, including employee
assistance programs, trauma debriefing and counseling, skills assessment and training.
The acquisition is in line with Accor’s strategic commitment to developing its second core
business, Services, in which it ranks among the world leaders.
Accor has 40 years’ experience in corporate services, beginning with its original Ticket
Restaurant® meal vouchers. Today, it is committed to expanding its offer with employee
assistance and human resources consulting services, which enable companies to combine
business performance with employee well-being.
