(R) (NYSE: PDQ) announced today the opening of its 74th Wellesley Inns &
Suites hotel, the Vance/Tuscaloosa Wellesley Inn & Suites in Vance, AL.  The
hotel was converted from a Hawthorn Suites and represents the seventh hotel
conversion to the Wellesley chain in the past year.  It is the first Wellesley
Inn & Suites hotel in operation in the state of Alabama.  The hotel is owned
and operated by Cama, Inc.

The Vance/Tuscaloosa Wellesley Inn & Suites contains 65 suites and is
located at 11170 Will Walker Road in Vance, AL just off I-59.  It is located
across from the Mercedes Benz Plant & Visitor Center and is approximately 15
miles from the University of Alabama.

In addition to the 74 Wellesley Inns & Suites in operation, Prime also has
a pipeline of nine executed franchise agreements for additional hotels.  Prime
