Knights Inn hotels today announced a summer sweepstakes called Rev It Up featuring a grand-prize trip for two to a NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race in Miami this fall.

Guests who book reservations through the Knights Inn toll-free number, (800) 843-5644, Knights Inn Web site, www.knightsinn.com, or other Internet travel sites and stay at a Knights Inn hotel through Sept. 6 will be automatically entered into the sweepstakes. The top prize includes roundtrip coach airfare, hotel accommodations, three-day car rental, tickets and garage and pit passes for the Nov. 15 race.

“This sweepstakes coincides with our season-long sponsorship of driver Mike Bliss and the #16 Xpress Motorsports Chevy entry in the 2002 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series,” said Anthony Falor, Knights Inn president & chief executive officer. “With all forms of NASCAR racing experiencing increased viewership, attendance and popularity, we think this Rev It Up sweepstakes will help increase brand awareness as well as help us reach new customers.”

Walk-in guests and others wishing to participate may enter by downloading an official entry form from the Knights Inn Web site and mailing it to Rev It Up Sweepstakes c/o Promotional Marketing, Knights Franchise Systems, Inc., 1 Sylvan Way, Parsippany, NJ 07054. All entries must be postmarked by Sept. 6 and received by Sept. 13 to be eligible. There is a limit of one entry per day and per outer envelope.

No purchase is necessary to participate in the sweepstakes and eligibility is limited to residents (ages 18 and older) of the United States and Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec). Copies of the official rules are available by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to the above address.
