Holland America Line and Amadeus have announced that travel agents can now access and book Holland America Line and Windstar Cruises on Amadeus
Cruise, the leading browser-based tool that allows agents to most efficiently and effectively book cruises.

 

With Amadeus Cruise, travel agents will now be able to book seven- to 108-day Holland America Line premium cruises aboard 11 five-star cruise ships sailing to more than 280 ports of call worldwide and also luxury line Windstar`s four sailing yachts that combine casual elegance and small-ship intimacy while cruising to more than 40 countries.

In addition, agents have the opportunity to enter a drawing to win $500 toward an office party from Holland America or Windstar Cruises (one winner for each prize). Each deposited Holland America or Windstar booking made through Amadeus Cruise from now through Sept. 30, 2002 enters the travel agency into a random drawing. Agents using the “standalone” version of Amadeus Cruise can sell cruises right from their desktop using the Internet, regardless of location or GDS affiliation. Amadeus Cruise is now available to Amadeus travel agents in 24 markets worldwide, with continuing global expansion planned. Since its launch in September 2000, Amadeus has implemented more than 3,000 travel agencies on Amadeus Cruise.
