United Mileage Plus Offers Early Bird Bonus

United Airlines (BULLETIN BOARD: UALAQ) today issued a reminder to all
Mileage Plus(R) members worldwide of its industry-leading “Early Bird”
bonus first communicated on December 11, 2003. All Mileage Plus customers
who book their travel and fly in the first quarter of 2004 now have the
opportunity to significantly boost the number of miles in their United
Mileage Plus(R) account.
“With this industry-leading offer announced last month, United Mileage
Plus members who take to the skies early this year have an opportunity to
triple or double the number of miles they earn on future travel, or earn a
minimum of 5,000 bonus miles,” said Martin White, United`s senior vice
president of Marketing.

Mileage Plus customers who register and fly paid, published fares on
United, United Express or Ted can now earn:

* Triple miles on all future, paid, qualifying travel until March 31, 2004
when they fly 10,000 miles by January 31, 2004. * Double miles on all
future, paid, qualifying travel until March 31, 2004 when they fly 10,000
miles by February 29, 2004. * 5,000 miles when they fly 10,000 miles by
March 31, 2004.

Customers can register and review terms and conditions for this offer by
visiting united.com/offer/mpw004 or by calling (800) 447-6772, code 798
within the United States or, outside the United States, by calling their
local United office. Registration for this offer runs through March 31,
2004. Customers may register after completing a qualifying trip, as long
as it is on or before March 31, 2004.
