PRNewswire-FirstCall CHICAGO Dec. 2 :

United Airlines (BULLETIN BOARD: UALAQ) today announced Refunds and
Exchanges, a set of major enhancements to United.com that gives customers
new power to manage their travel plans online. Beginning today, United
customers can quickly and easily change their itinerary, exchange
E-tickets, and process resultant refunds and charges over the Internet at
United.com. These new online features apply to all United tickets
purchased over the phone, through travel agents, at United.com and at most
Internet travel agencies.

“We are thrilled to offer our customers this powerful new functionality
through United.com,” said Pete Peterson, President Travel Distribution,
UAL Loyalty Services. “The ability to seamlessly change flights, exchange

helps United customers to be `travel ready` when they arrive at the
airport, but even allows them to make changes to their itinerary after
travel has started.”
