Cathay Pacific Airways has been named one of Hong Kong` top two companies and Hong Kong`s premier company in terms of high quality services and product in a poll conducted by the Far Eastern Economic Review for its Review 2001 survey.
In the annual survey, now in its tenth year, readers were asked to rank more than 200 selected companies from 12 countries across the region according to a specified list of attributes.
Among Hong Kong companies, the airline ranked number-two in the survey`s list of “Company leaders” and was ranked number-one in terms of offering High quality services/product. It was ranked second in the “Companies that others try to emulate” category, and also placed third in the Á¤Innovative in responding to customers needs category.”
“Review 200” is an annual survey run by the Far Eastern Economic Review that ranks which companies in Asia “best exemplify selected qualities of corporate leadership”. Most of the respondents are readers in senior management positions.
