Delta Air Lines Partners with Omni Hotels

ATLANTA, Sept. 5, 2002 - Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL) and Omni Hotels have become partners in Delta’s SkyMiles program effective Sept. 1, 2002. SkyMiles members now will earn 500 miles per qualifying stay at all Omni Hotels located throughout North America.
SkyMiles members will receive double miles, 1,000 miles per stay, from Sept. 1 to Oct. 31, 2002, to help launch the new partnership.
“Delta provides service to destinations near each Omni Hotels location,” said Christine Pierce, Delta’s director of Partnership Marketing. “Now SkyMiles members can fly Delta and experience Omni Hotels’ luxurious accommodations and exceptional service while earning miles.”

Delta SkyMiles members earn mileage by flying Delta, Delta Connection carriers, Delta Express, Delta Shuttle and Delta`s airline partners, including Delta`s SkyTeam partners. Restrictions: A stay is defined as any one period of consecutive days as a registered guest, regardless of the number of check-ins and check-outs. Qualifying stays refers to rates that are public individual rates and global corporate rates (rack, corporate and preferred). Mileage is awarded after hotel stay is completed.
