Saudi Airline`s Hosts Handicapped Children

Saudi Airlines hosted 36 handicapped children from the Handicapped Children Society, Jeddah. The aim of the visit was to encourage them to feel they are an important part of the society besides providing them with a helpful educational experience.
They were received at KAIA (King Abdulaziz International Airport) by the Supervior of Passenger Services, a PR representative and a number of other station officials. They toured the facilities at the airport where they learnt about the services offered by Saudi Airlines to its customers. The children also visited one of SV’s B747 aircraft where they were met by the pilot and the crew.
They got to learn about the aircraft and how it flies. They had their meal on board the aircraft, saw films and played games on the aircraft’s interactive video system.
